Noreen A. Fenner – Noreen has more than 25 years of experience working with the Florida Elections Code and campaign finance reporting. She assists clients with establishing entities that provide flexibility to meet ever-changing client needs. Noreen’s experience includes 20 years working in the elections and ethics law arena as a legal assistant. This vast experience gives Noreen additional insight to the complexities of campaigns and the drive to succeed. Noreen’s experience includes hundreds of statewide, county and municipal political committee and electioneering communications organization registrations; candidate campaign account filings; candidate registration and qualifying documents; corporate filings; and charitable organization registrations. In addition, Noreen was a legislative and executive branch lobbyist for 13 years. Noreen was also the Office Administrator for Foley & Lardner when the firm first opened its Tallahassee office in 1988.
Kimberly Bailes – Kim joined PAC Financial Management in 2000 and specializes in political committee reporting through the Florida Division of Elections electronic filing system and client account reconciliations. She is responsible for annual client reports, which summarize the activities of each political committee on a yearly basis, and production of specialized reports as requested by our clients. PAC Financial Management’s pledge of exceptional attention to detail is exemplified in Kim. Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University in 2000. Kim’s experience includes managing the accounting and financial transactions for four non-profit organizations.
